Tao at Penang Autocity

I went to Tao @ Autocity Penang with my colleague at Lotus Pharmacy early of this year around 2nd or 3th January. It was sponsored by my boss.. =) It costs RM50 per person plus RM5 tax. =P

IT is at the first floor where we need to use this stairs in order to get into there...


It has quite unique interior design..







































The most delicious delicacy is this one... I forgot what they call it..


After 3 hours of continuous eating...


IT has a air-con toilet.. here is the male toilet..








basically the food is okay but it does not suit my taste perfectly. However, I will bring my family there in near future as it worth trying. =)

Nando...

I went to Nando for supper with my family last year around Christmas. I found that the food is not that delicious lor.. may be it does not suit me.. =P

Arrr!!!! my health is at alarming level

Yesterday, I did a whole body medical check-up at TESCO E-Gate. The stuff said that I have lots of problems. My brain is starting to get old, my respiratory pathway, liver, kidney and also size of my intestines have problems. All of these are due to my long-term stress, sleep late at night and also take imbalanced nutrients and of course long hour facebooking. It seems like i am going to die tomorrow. Arrr!!!! Start to regret now... I should take care of my health from now onwards...



I don't want to get sick!!!!

it has been quite a while since my last visit.. it was not convenience for me to publish any post in the past few months as I've no laptop and i felt weird blogging at school library.. haha.. now i am on holiday.. hope that i will get a laptop soon. =)
