friend? 'friend'?

it's kind of hurt 

when the one you thought who has been supporting you at the back

is actually stabbing you

what can i say?

i am neither a good friend nor a good leader

it's time to review what i have done

to find out what's the root of everything

representative

how to born generation X and Y with generation Z?
how to make people with different personalities and interest to mingle around happily?
how to make people feel belonged?
how to make people come to me when they have problem?
how how how and how???
arrrghhh

being a representative is always challenging
it's tricky to please both sides
still learning hard on this

striving for a win-win solution


or maybe i am not meant for this
shall i just step down and let others take over?
hmmm..... good question... ... ...

not everyone is meant to be as a group

it's hard to accept that you are excluded
from a group of friends that you think you are close to

sometimes
there is nothing much we can do
but just keep pretending that it doesn't happen

why try hard to unite those with
different personalities
different perception
different interest?
when they are just not meant to be together

at some point, i shall just leave them alone


though there are just a few
yet shall not try to bring everyone to the next station
it will just make everyone suffer
