If another company gives you higher or better offers, NEVER accept counteroffer from your boss as he/she will double your workload to make it parallels with the salary increase. On top of that, your salary won't increase in the following year. It will only increase two years after that. So, never accept counter offer.
Just JUMP or keep your mouth SHUT.
