i have been waiting for the one
looking for the one
chasing after the one
for so long..
so long...
so long until i forget..
when did i started and who is the one..

you sent someone to me,
but... is it the one?

someone is needed to ease the pain
but the one is needed to remove the pain

i am ready for the one?
i am not sure

i know
i know the one will only appear if i am ready
but.. how to get ready?
i am tired
i am exhausted
please show me the way for the one

i. sleep before 11pm everyday.
ii. workout 2 days per week (Sunday and Thursday - Badminton at Sik and Friday with parents)
iii. have 8 hours of sleep per day
iv. exercise twice weekly
v. drink at least 2.0L water daily
vi. be vegetarian during every first and 15th day of the Chinese lunar month
vii. keep fit target weight 58 kg - ???!!!

though I didn't win any prize, yet the important part is this has reminded me a lot of things

thank you

i always feel that whenever i need something or someone
they will come to me in time

i was very stress today
lots of works to settle at the same time
then my friends noticed that and brought me to SP for dinner (reached home around 10:15pm)
even though she is going to Terengganu tomorrow early morning..

i am very thankful for all the helps that came in time
thank You ^^
