Health - similar to those in 2011
i. sleep before 11pm everyday.
ii. workout 2 days per week (Sunday and Thursday - Badminton at Sik and Friday with parents)
iii. have 8 hours of sleep per day
iv. exercise twice weekly
v. drink at least 2.0L water daily
vi. be vegetarian during every first and 15th day of the Chinese lunar month
vii. keep fit target weight 58 kg
