JPA Pre-departure Briefing

went to KL today
only slept for 2 hours in the bus
reach Putrajaya in blur blur state.. @.@

the briefing started on around 9am
and it ended at 12pm..
we heard from JPA officers, MAS officer and Bank Islam Officer.

went back straight right after the briefing..
slept for about 3.5hours in the bus on the way back

it's a very tiring trip >.<

went to my brother's eldest sister's wedding ceremony
it was nice and lovely ^^

full body check-up via eyes

tried this two years ago
while i was working temporary at Lotus
this was taken during a promotion carried out at TESCO E-Gate

the result showed that I was very stress
and I have GI problem..
the rest I can't remember dy..
=)

clearing desktop

cleaning my desktop now..

played badminton for about 3.5 hours yesterday.
then slept for around 10 hours..

one month to go

exactly one month to go before i fly off to Scotland
gonna use this remaining holiday to do something meaningful

had been rooting at home
did nothing at all

will attend JPA pre-departure briefing next two weeks
move house sometime around that
elder sister coming back around that time too
gonna fetch my younger sister back at end of the month

medical check-up report collected

got my medical check-up report yesterday
everything is alright

except when a mild amount of protein was traced in the urine for the test done one month ago
the medical officer asked me to do the test again yesterday
and then it's normal =)

may be it's due to i didn't collect the midstream of the urine
during the test done one month ago as the amount wasn't enough..
will never do that again!!!

so.. i am almost ready to go Scotland dy.. ^^
