had last lab session for FMT 1
it's about NMR.. by Dr. Ru-an
it was very very informative and fun session
learned how to draw NMR
and how to interpret NMR spectrum
like her style of teaching.. =)
had 3 lectures in the afternoon..
about preservative..
didn't sleep well the night before..
felt very sleepy in class

left leg pain
and there's a bruise near the back of left knee
injured during the gym
may all be well and happy always =)
