the first book i read in 2015. Completed reading in about an hour.
The font size is just nice.  Available at Popular.




A book worth reading. Easy to understand. Quite a few very meaningful short stories being shared.

Stop complaining and start working
if we keep complaining and stop working, we will never move. we will be the same forever.

Do not angry
why do we want to punish ourselves with others faults?

Do not blame
blaming on others would not help. so, stop blaming.

Dream high but realistically
we are as good as our dreams.

Process is more important than the result
whatever we do, make sure we learn something out of it. embrace the process not the result.

Self-control
if we cannot control our lusts, we will not be as good as those who can.

Be confident
no one will believe us if we don't

Do not limit ourselves
we can if we think that we can

Don't be perfectionist
we are just an ordinary man, not God.

Stay positive
we are what we think

We are never too old to achieve anything
never feel content with our own little achievements and then stay static.

2015 New Year Resolution

looking back at my blog, my previous 'New Year Resolution' was...

things changed, time passed, memories remained.

yet, those planned previous years are yet to achieve; hence, this year, the resolution will more or less be the same, and plus some add-onsss...

Family

in recent years, it's getting hard to get everyone to be together at home.
i wonder how many days it left. need to treasure every moment of it.
i must plan a family trip to somewhere nice this new year.

i. sleep before 11pm everyday.
ii. study at least 3 hours per day.
iii. workout 2 days per week (Sunday Badminton and Friday with parents)
iv. have 8 hours of sleep per day
v. exercise twice weekly
vi. be 'loyal' - sort this out 
vii. on my laptop maximum 6 hours per day
viii. drink at least 1.5L water daily
ix. do not addict to any electronic game
x. be vegetarian during every first and 15th day of the Chinese lunar month

it's gonna be a fruitful year if i am able to complete these by the end of the year
i am looking forward to it
