i. sleep before 11pm everyday.
ii. workout 2 days per week (Sunday and Thursday - Badminton at Sik)
iii. have 8 hours of sleep per day
iv. exercise EOD
v. drink at least 3.0L water daily
vi. be vegetarian during every first and 15th day of the Chinese lunar month
vii. keep fit target weight 54 kg - ???!!!
