obstacle?
i would prefer to label it as stepping stone to success;

scolding?
i would prefer to call it as precious advice to success;

failure?
i would prefer to name it as useful experience to success.

Never give up when you are facing obstacle, get scolding or failure in your life as they are what each and everyone of us have to face it. We cannot make everyone like us, yet we can like each and everyone of them. We can't change what people think about us, yet we can change our perception on others. Like is always easier than hate! ^.^
